had steak last night lol, had meatbals and spag the night before GRRR haha

Chicken breast fillet. Slit open, with a piece of blue cheese in the middle. Wrap in thin-sliced ham and bake in oven.

Serve with baby new potatoes tossed in butter, baby corn and fine green beans.

Goes well with a well-chilled bottle of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
