well i went to llangennith in wales with my flying club what a great weekend ! great wind and alsome hang time :D and got a surfing sesh in today befor i left :p went thursday night and came home today if your thinking flying ? well watch this ! :twisted:

lol it is great fun ! but takes time to get up to the standerd that i am at now thought took me 2 years to get to where i am now so i can now jump 10ft + up and traven 10m or more in distance :D whitch i am well happy of lol and this is me at a race just setting of :)

im sure i remember seeing people jumping mad heights with kites last time we were out wake boarding ?

they do indeed but it is a totaley differnt setup the kite is inflatable and nord is diff and harness is diff as well also very expensive ! lol

looks like it might hurt less if u crash in2 the water instead of concrete :lol:

looks like it might hurt less if u crash in2 the water instead of concrete :lol:
well i wouldnt say hurt less if your doing 30 odd mph on water it hurts just as mutch as it will do on land, then again i have came of my landbord doing 25mph after some toss pot ! with a metal dectecter decided he would dig up our flying zome and leave pot holes init good hitting one of them its like landing on concreat and god it hurts ! especally if when u turn round and you see your bord hurtaling at you and twats you one :lol:

At least it wasn't 20kg of stainless steel buggy trying to play catch-up :lol:

I still have a couple of Airea Raptor race kites from when I used to kart, but no kart now, so not as much fun (or pain). Tried boarding with a Frenzy but never realy loved it so sold that on again

yea but i doubt id get past 5mph so water would b safer :lol: id prob sink or get caught up in the ropes :lol:
good point at least on water u cant get people come along and dig a hole or put a sign up :lol:
 
That looks like great fun, I wouldn't get very fast, but then again I think when the wind get in the kite you don't have much option what speed you go at :p
