Wheel alignment price?

Hey guys,

my car is going in next week as it needs new tyres (unfortunate timing i know!!) .

Well as im keeping the car for around 2 more months im going to get my wheel alignment sorted as i think its badly out.

What price should i be looking to pay when i get this done?

I will go going for conti sport contact 3s again.

well i have a feeling i will get stitched up for around £300 for the two conti 3's (inc. fitting and balancing), so im hoping they can do me a deal on alignment.

last time i paid £110 per tyre.... (excluding VAT) so we are at 220 already without VAT... add VAT and balancing and your getting onto 267 already.

Conti3's are available at loads of places for £110 inc vat if not cheaper...

i need it for my twingo as the twingo will be here for about 8 more weeks...but there will be ALOT of motorway miles between now and then and the fronts need changing

i thought if you bought the tyres online then you would struggle getting places to fit them for you??

not realy most garages will do it for you for example if you were to re do your alloys you get them taken off thet wont say they cant put them back on for you.

If you were keeping the car I would say get the geometry checked rather than a simple alignment, but as you're not I wouldn't bother

Just phoned the same dealer.. he said £110 fitted each excluding VAT. I said im gunna look elsewhere.. he said... i will contact out suppliers and see what i can do and call you back....hmmmmm...

Rob. Put hankook s1 evo tyres on the car Mate. 78 pound a corner and for what u use the car for u won't notice the difference. Mine are outlasting the contis too.
