So to cut a very frustrating story short..

I was staying with a mate down in newquay and she realised that my car was in for a clamping in the spot it was parked in so she moved it to the roadside next to the flat..

Low and behold I leave the next day and I notice that the passenger side wheel as been kurbed to ****.

Basically does anyone know what type of grey Renault use on the alloys coz I was try and fix it myself?

Thanks guys

Its anthracite paint, code is 205-110 off hand, theres a few places you can get touch up kits i think :)

I was looking on eBay at e tech repair kits. Id like to avoid Renault with this because I have a feeling they would take the piss a smidge..?

Thanks bro for that info!

I believe they would take the piss, they took the piss with mine xD
They didn't know my dash cam was filming whilst car was being checked over. Video shows them pointing at the wheels, shaking their heads in dissapointment then laughing at it :p

My wheels are gloss black and i just lightly papered down and touched in with a can of audi gloss black. It's a 20 yard paint job so looks ok from a distance :p Close up you can see the colour difference.

my Reno charge £60 a wheel

I'm currently at a clients who has a work shop and spray booth and the bloke who does it for them comes highly recommended. I'm tempted to get a few bits done and the wheels done too. Thinking all black parts black gold maybe.

But then I also want a diffuser and some 182 wheels for winter. So would really need to wait to get them all done at once :(

Wish I lived nearer to you Mags! ;)

I'm sure you do... ;)

Black gold not gold. It's a Renault black with gold flake used on Renaultsport models. It's lovely. I've been looking into getting it to replace the odd gloss black as the spoiler isn't quite the same as the wheels which aren't quite the same as the fogs. All annoying me

Cheeky! I have seen some 18" alloy wheels (to keep on topic) on Ebay for the Wind .. so maybe I am not as daft as I/you think I am lol :0

Ohh :$
I know exactly what you mean, exactly why i had all mine recently re-done together!

Sounds like a really nice colour, dont think ive seen/noticed it before

You will have seen it on a few if you've looked closely at a few 182/255s

I've also got interior bits needing respraying (apparently the clear I used on the stereo surround marks toooo easily :( ) and the exterior bits. Then I'll probably be happy
