I'm planning to get an oil change done on the Mrs car but we are going to get a private mobile mechanic to swap the oil and filter as it was serviced by Renault after 12 months.

So I wondered which oil people recommended and that was up to Renaults standard that they specify?

I was looking on Opie Oils to see what they recommend but then it asks for whether it's : RN0700, RN0710 or RN0720!! :?

If its the GT or 133, use Triple QX 5w/40 fully synthetic oil. It's got the latest API rating of SN, it's 17 quid on ebay and is RN0700/071O compliant. It's not the dazzling brand name, but the API rating that's most important on an oil...
