Same here.. Toyota garages come pick up member cars for maintenance.
In the first 15 000 km the car has been used and goes to it's first maintenance it has never been cleaned on the inside or outside.
The mechanic said it's disgusting. The car used to be silver, it's now brown. The rims need to be replaced. They're so filthy that the metal has corroded.
If it's not your car (rental or company car) then why give a ****, right?
