Here is possibly the best reason you can remove your rear seats. (the one on the left is a mod)

cloth rear benches are where it's at :/ I might just take mine out. Can't be bothered to clean it after some dick threw a pint of fosters through my car window.

I never use them so took them out. It's a good mod as it saves you giving people
lifts and if there's a bunch of you in the rain you have the most room for people to get in.
Please don't drag this thread to the dog house people

I don't know if I'm going to be using mine much more now I've finished sixth form. How long did it take? And how easy was it to remove them?

You going French car show? I can show you there if you want. It's really easy just harder to explain (plus im lazy) and I think you have bench seats whereas I have splits.

Dubz - to remove a rear bench is a nice easy job - remove the lower bench first (its on hinges under the carpet that just unclip with a wiggle) and the back of the seat is held in with a few clips/ bolts at the point where its hinged.

Hope that helped :)

Yeah I have rear bench seat. I was I wish going :/ got two exams next week so I thought best not too. I'll see you at the santa pob meet whenever it gets sorted out :p Or on one of those mini cruise thing during the summer

Cheers tommy89! I'll have a poke around on friday

Thanks tommy couldn't remember the bench seats lol.

no worries - did it a few weeks back to investigate a typical Twingo rattle. the cause.... A large gold coloured necklace with the name "Donna" on it under the rear floor carpet... that I was not expecting.
