being a bit of a noob with codes and stuff, i wondered if these springs would fit?

they are for a clio, but i know a twingo extreme shares a lot of parts with a clio- worth a punt at 14 pound to make the car look a bit better whilst i save up for better mods.

Nah mate, wrong shape Clio, thats the Clio MK1 afaik. Clio 2/3 stuff fits though I believe..

You're brave tommy to fit such a cheap pair of suspension springs, a wishbone, strut arm, damper are all expensive to replace in one go should it fail lol so save yourself the risk of that happening and spend a big note on kam racing for proper springs

True- they are cheap. Used the same company on both my previous clio's without any issues though.
Getting very bored of the twingo now though - no point spending any money on it when all it will ever be is a difficult to sell small car.

Next venture will be something older but more fun.

Ive had long thoughts about my car, specially before any big buys.. Once i get bored, i get sonething else! Its my car and i dont care if its hard to sell, i drive it everyday and i want it to make me smile everytime i get in it, even if it is a 1.2 i think its friggin beautiful! Spend abit of money on it and love it again!!

there are no more fun cars than the twingo, the way you can throw them around is unmatched for it's engine size and low cost build. ever so torquey too aint they. anyone ever noticed you don't see many twingos on the road, rare as hell but when you do it's like the world stops hahaha you always look at the fog lights and you're like....pffft dynamique old woman driver *sigh* or when you see a 133 you're just like HAAAAAPNIN!

I would like to spend bit of money on it - but as you can tell from the price of the springs i selected - I just wondered if it could be done on the cheap. I was wrong and wont be raising ideas like this again.

it is, and always will be very nice car, but that isnt what makes me smile about my cars - I have had many cars and its not the vehicles I will remember, It is the places I go, the people I meet etc.

This is precisely why I love any car I have, because it allows me to make those memories - not because of the shape/ speed/ looks of whatever vehicle I am in.
