Window switches and *** lighter

R my windows switches and *** light ment to light up when my lights r on? On my gt the *** lighter lit up but can't remember if my window switches lit up

MY lighter lights up when lights are on, window switches do not from memory.

I have a GT, so cannot comment on the RS

I remember reading somewhere don't think it was on this fourm that the window switches light up in france etc, but the uk cars don't, if I remember where I read it I will post you a link

Nah, no uk twingo has lights in the window switches. However if you want them to light up its only a matter of soldering two connections together on the back of the window switch.

Can't quite remember which ones though.

Just checked mine after a quick drive, and my cigarette lighter does glow, but my window switches don't

Lol.. Its a rather simple circuit, did this "mod" on all of my clios. Think its left pin 2 to right pin 3, but its been ages since I did it so I take no responsibility for anyone who blows up/ melts their renault ha!

To be honest... It isn't worth doing, just results in a very dim naf orange light.
