Literally THE MOST USELESS delivery company EVER!!

I am SICK TO DEATH of them!!!

When i order something online and i see they use Yodel i half contemplate driving to my nearest shopping center (30 mins each way) away just to avoid this awful company!! How they are still operating i don't know.

They are incompetent and don't know how to please. They never show up, dumped signed for goods over the gate, just are a complete joke

don't believe me? google "yodel review" im not the only one.

so today im waiting for two products to be delivered.. and yes you guessed it.. from Yodel, i hold no hope of seeing it today, hate them with such a passion

Argh I wanna go to the store to get some dinner

Yodel in my city have never let me down. Always collect my parcels on time and have them delivered next day. Tracking is easy and my parcels are scanned at each stage. Never had any damage either.

Have to agree as yodel has usually been pretty good for me, Hermes show up 2 weeks later then get arsey when you don't have a package to send as you got some other courier to deliver it.

Dhl are always terrible round here. DPD on the other hand are spectacular as far as delivery companies go.

we use dpd a lot at work. they even give 1 hour time slots now. they are really helpful when u ring them aswell.

Yodel used to be home delivery network (HDN)they renamed to loose all the bad press and reviews and they also own the domestic sector of DHL hence the bad service all round!! As for DPD fantastic like said text with an hour slot and they are there! lol

We use Interlink Express / DPD (same company) for all our UK shipments as they offer one of the best services we've come across..

i do a lot of driving on Motorways and i see Yodel wagons all the time, where they go with everyones packages is beyond me!

Yodal are terrible like and Hermes have been spot on for me! My protein stuff always gets here with hermes..
