Now looking at that you can see why exhaust company's / etc, wont mass produce things for the 133 if there is only around 500 ish on the road when you have more chance of seeing a 205 gti still.

That's why tuning company's don't want to make / spend loads developing stuff for a very small Market.

It says there are 248 Gordini's yet I thought there were only meant to be 200 in the UK?!

Also the reason why other cars out of production are increasing could be loads - someone restored one, someone re-licensed it... etc. 10 in a year is nothing when you think how many cars are on the UK's roads!
