9th is a Sunday. The day after the 8th we were aiming for which was a saturday oddly enough ;)

The cost of the run will be £30

Danny from Htec has pledged £75 per ten cars that come, max of 30 cars = £225 as a starting block. Which is awesome.

So whats next?

How are we going to generate more money I hear you ask...

Well... this is kind of up to you guys, there will be the typical charity bucket. Any further idea?

Secondry to this, I am finalising things with Danny from Htec as to start times etc and will sort a running order so if people cant make it for the full day, they know when their slot is.
 
So what about magazines? Did you say something about that earlier?
So £30 to go on the RR plus charity donations?
Could done something like a spondered MPH thing? So many £ per BHP your car runs past a certain amount?

Im in the process of contacting various company looking for freebies to run a raffle, maybe a auction?

I want to get some prizes also, one for the highest bhp (in class) and a rubberduck for the lowest

what about a convoy down, stopping for donations etc?

charity car wash? theres enough detailers and people with ocd on here.

That duck is soooo mine if its between the rs's although I'd give gt's a good run for there money.
Also it worth having a list of who wants to go so we know numbers?
