Personally, i would not change to 15's on an RS unless these wheels can fit some chunky tires.

Have you considered TD 1.2's?

Yeah I have - just browsing the web for the best prices, so far the cheapest ive seen them for is £389.00, which I don’t think is too bad, a number of people I know have them but I just wanted something different that’s one of the main reasons I got the car :D :D

I think Fox are cheap, and Pro Race 1.2s are too common.

You can pick up better quality alloys for not a lot more - or even less, if you are patient. I picked up two sets of 15" Renault Oz Superturismos for just over £500

As for running 15s on your car, go for it. A much smoother ride, as good if not better grip, and cheaper tyres. I'm using 205/50-15 tyres on my Wind.

I like them think the multiple spoke wheels really suit twingos, you could always get a Renault centre cap made up to hide the fox badge to make them look more OEM, I did that with my team dynamics on my C1

15" is alright if you have the car a little bit lowered maybe, or else it will look like a 4x4

even with a realy stiff sidewall on the 15's, from the AD08, they are still smoother than the ride of the 17's

15's are only small if your comparing them with the current trend of bigger and bigger wheels

happy and proud to be weird :)

I'm with you on that one. Rims should only be big enough to go over the brakes. Any more and you're wasting performance, weight, and comfort (let alone tyres being more expensive).

Who needs to be a slave to fashion? Baaa.

I'm running 15's on mine.
All I would suggest is to make sure you go for a tyre with reinforced sidewalls.
The extra sidewall on the T1Rs give a hell of a lot of flex because they're too soft.

My 15s are fine, and they aren't reinforced. I have Uniroyal Rainsport 2s fitted.

Can you get 15" runflats lol? They have reinforced sidewalls :)

yeah I think the mini one has 15" wheels and all minis and bmws come with run flats as standard.

Edit: just expect a very firm ride lol
