I have no idea what I want / need yet hence joining up

The only pic I have is this one on my work computer.

I bought it as part of a Nurburgring £3000 challenge. List of mods; Replaced OEM filterbox and new filter, cambelt, aux belt, dephaser, water pump done, DS2500 pads, Brembo brakes, HT leads, new ktec supersport exhaust on the way, cooksport springs and standard shocks to be fitted, whiteline arb to be fitted, 2118's to be fitted.

Goes to the ring in 2 weeks!!

Welcome to the mad house, nice look 172 you've got there and pics when your on the ring are a must.
If you need any help on deciding what spec too buy or what too look out for when viewing a car don't be afraid too ask.

You've already got the 172 for track fun. Get something with at least a nicer interior

No I meant for the 133. But I've just seen you're replacing the 172 with a 133. What I meant was: if you have a 172 cup and want a 133 as well, you should buy the nicest, fanciest 133 they made as you've already got the stripped out road racery version.

Oh gotcha. Yeah the 172 has just been a bit of fun with my missus. She bought an mx 5 but after the ring going to sell both and buy a twingo.

Both have another car for a daily me a 135i and her a terrible tdi polo. Hate that thing!!!

I'm on clips port.net and a guy there has a mega twingo project.... Crazy machines!!! Someone on there has a Gordini with anthracite speed line turinis and it looks mean!!!

Going to keep the speed lines off the cup for that reason

Sounds a bit like The car of our mod Neil (singlespeed)

Yeah it might be.... I'll dig out the photo.

So the gordinis seem to be a lot more expensive.... What I really want is all the cup parts performance etc with a few luxuries. The interior of te 172 is appalling!!

Gordini is the only one with a plush interior really.

Cups have the worst as they're not excused with some added toys. I own a cup

And the gordini on turinis is benmc. The twingo build I can think of is martins red gt. Neil's is a mad 133 with a proven 165bhp running 15" speedline 2118s on coilovers
There's plenty of threads in the projects section to keep you amused for hours

Gordini all the way and yes in biased but for all it's luxuries it's no slower than any other twingo. Well with the brass nuts they ain't haha
