But still over 200 quid to service a Renault that a joke. 134 pound an hour there techs must be on 34 quid an hour lol. I'd still shop around.

If I was in a city where there were a few dealers close by I would probably be more inclined to shop around but the dealer I take it is a 5 minute walk from my house and really convenient and accessible, the next nearest are 30+ miles away, which isn't very handy when I have work during the week.
They have a great team and are all a friendly bunch but yeah I agree that service quotation is probably a bit on the steep side, although I just thought it was average!

Just phone a bunch of other relatively local dealers to get prices, then ring your nearby garage and say you've been offered the service for £x elsewhere. You'd prefer go to them though, so is there anything they can do on the price? Might work and get you a few bob off!

Would have done that Karl had it not been a couple of hours away but unfortunately need to do it in the week when I'll be working, will definitely consider you for my next service if its gonna cost £213.00 for its next one though! Will see if I can barter with them and get it any cheaper though.

So today was D-Day for the Twingo! Went through its service okay with no problems and the good news is, it hasn't gotta be serviced again until I reach 36,000miles or two years! :)

They gave me a Clio Dynamique Tom Tom as the courtesy car, I must admit it was much more nippy and got up to speed much quicker than the Twingo, although where I work out in the countryside, when going back to collect my car, the Clio did leap-frog quite a lot in the cold temperatures!
