2011 Twingo 2 RS engine whistles whilst cold above 2000 rpm

Any one have any idea what could be the source of a kind of whistle from the right hand side of the engine when looking into the open engine bay? Seems to go away once the engine reaches operating temperature.

I have tried removing the air box and pushing in the clutch, no change. No belts on this side, so not really sure what it could be and if should worry...
