I'm not saying it's a bad car, I'm not saying it's not a nice looking car.

What I'm saying is that from my experience most Korean cars are just built to fit into a category of the car market so they usually completely lack character. The whole point of a Kia is that they are cheap because they are for going from A-B and in my mind I can't shake off that image.

I mean look at the Hyundai coupe, had all the right ingredients yet lacked that something that made me consider it any kind of serious petrolheads kind of car.

I'd rather spend my money on the new Clio 200 (4 doors or not) for a number of reasons. Pedigree and character being two of them.
