I've just had a look, and 15" Turinis are 6.5" wide. That is fine for your old 185 tyres.

185s are recommended for 5"-6.5" rims. YOu could actually fit them on wider wheels, but it would stretch the sidewalls.

I run 195 on my 7j ones so like araf said 185's are fine for 6.5j
