Every twingo I've been to see so far has had audio controls on a stalk. Is it standard? Cos the descriptions make it seem optional?

I have a freeway, (the basic twingo) and i still have stalk controls

it looks like cup and none cup cars have the audio controls according to the brochure

Cheers peoples going to look at a black cup and a black none cup. Think I might get the none cup if I can get the price right and then fit some cup wheels, Im only gonna add coilovers eventually anyway
