I hope the clay is after doing the wheels, as if that came from the paintwork, you need to be folding it a lot more often and finding a clean piece to save causing scratches.
If it was mostly tar coming off, it may be cheaper to get some Tardis or equivalent remover to save on the clay required.

loooks good mate... slighty worrying looking at that clay though.... looks very clean on one side and very very very bad on the other
