The Kia is a really good looking car but it only comes with the 1.7 diesel in the UK which I'm not so sure about...

My dad has just bought an Octavia VRS diesel and it's not as big as the cars mentioned but it's lovely inside, well made & equipped & with the DSG box it's awesome to drive.

Decided I wouldn't mind Spmethkng more comfy and faster. So off to BMW to look at an m135i this weekend. Cracking leases available on em, and cheap insurance. If the numbers stack up for the miles I actually do it could be a fun comfy shout

Any thoughts on the Audi A5 Sportback and Merc C-Class, guys?

Deliberately left BMW 3-Series out 'cos I don't want a Beemer at any price. ;)

A5 bit old now.

CLS available with cheap leases... Far nicer option IMO!

Yes, CLS is a lovely looking machine, but probably too expensive to buy / run this time round.

BTW - have you seen pics of its "baby brother" - the CLA?

Are you buying? Leasing there's some great deals available for Mercs. And yes, very interested in it. Looking at a SLK 250 for Caz as well

If you can spend that money, have you looked at the new Lexus IS250, IS350 & IS300h from 2013?

Might be a little bit biased because I work at Toyota Motor Europe but I've sit in them and they have an Lexus LFA look-a-like interior and wheels. The interior is very nice and the F-Sport grill is jaw dropping and kinda a big middle finger to Audi saying "our front grill is bigger than yours" :p

you had a look at anything like a megane sport tourer, or even Hyundai i40
