ok guys and girls, i have been meaning to plan this for some time and i see that there is lots of interest.

i have been onto brands website and there is nothing coming up for a few months on a weekend for a track day, but there are plenty for during the week( all days and evenings), are people happy to do a week day evening or do people want to wait so that we can do a weekend?

and dont worry i wasnt going to rush this and do it very soon as i know fcs is this weekend and also i want people to have enough time to book time off work (especially if we getting some continent boys over) and book their trackdays if they want them.

even if people dont go on track, on a track day there is free access to the areas around track, including pits, so there is so good places to watch on the pit wall etc and good photo spots.

(i dont know how to do the voting so if a mod could put up a voting for a week day evening or weekend, would be much appreciated)

Wont really matter if its weekend or during the week. I have to ask for vacation anyway because I can have hours in the weekends/night/holidays as well.

Im up for any day, providing we have suffiecient time for people to book the time off, say 3 weeks advance?

oh yer def, i was thinking mid/ end of july any way to give people time, just wanted to know what peoples opinions were for evening or weekend, as a weekend we would have to wait for some time, as there lots of events on at moment

If it would be mid / end of July or even august., I wouldn't matter if it was a weekend or a evening because I don't have college in summer.

I would be deffinately up for some tracktime as I've never been on track with a car

I'm good after the first two weeks of july but will need to take time off if its weekday, don't know how that'll work out with my new job

Hope you guys don't mind but I've created a topic on the Renault Wind forum about a meet at Brands with a link to this topic.

If we're lucky a couple of Winds will show up as well. If I'm not mistaken, they're are a some from that region.

I'm free after the 16th of july however I may need a few days recovery from the music festival

there are no weekends for the next month + so i think it will be an evening.

the evenings i was think were:
26 july
31 july
1 august
9 august

this gives people enough time to organise time off, etc. (these times are just for msv track days, i know they are not the cheapest track days at brands, but they are reliable unlike others)

what are peoples opinions?

Any of the above are fine, Brands is very close to where i work and only 10 miles further from where i live so im up for whenever is best for everyone

Prefer the 9th of August. That way I can have time to plan it into my work and hopefully get those days off.

I can then make a long weekend from it (from 9th until the 12th) and drive to my brother.
