I want one in blue as it's just the best colour :p but the only one's in my price range are silver/grey

Get one cos you want one. Do not justify it with 'it'll do 1mpg more than my current car' cos im sorry... That's rubbish!

You want it. Get it. I've been there and justified stupid purchases in the same way, and it's always cos I wanted it, and I was always disappointed when the justification wasn't there.

Having said that, the 133 drinks less fuel than the car it replaced

I'm getting one because I want one :p justifying means it'll make my parents happier about it and makes my decision easier :)

Id suggest the mpg is down to driving not the car on your current route so long as your dad isn't hot on cars you'll be fine on that front ;)

Ive continued to let my mum believe mine is a 1.2

There's times where i've had to go into 2nd going 40-50 as 3rd still wasn't enough... :S

My budget is my car so around £5500 mark. I'll find out on monday when I get my valuation done

Sorry but The oldest I'm going is a 09 plate. Really don't that beige interior

There's a 09 plate with 9000 miles for £5989... Tempted but more than price range but I'm sure my piggy bank won't squeal too much :S

But an 09 won't have any manufacturers warranty left on it either. :?
