Text me chris, lost your number somehow.. Let me know the plan!!
Will do. Don't really have a plan as yet fella. Is there a bunch of us yet? setoff 9ish get there for ten ? No idea

Should be able to make it over 10:30 -11ish for a while. It ran well on the drive up through some carp traffic, so keen to see how it compares.

Heading from the proper side of the Pennines :)

Thanks for the invite Willis. It was good to meet some more of the members... even if I got the wooden spoon. An extra 400cc would have helped

Finally met the mighty Chris, Weebob and Mike, Black Twingo-i :)

What did it finally run?

No worries mate, was nice to see some new faces!!!

Cracking figures from the lil'un too, sounds awesome.

I'll post the full results up later tonight. :)

It's worth noting that three of the cars that ran today have also ran at RSTuning on the largely accepted ''benchmark'' rolling road.

All three of those cars produced figures today within 1% of the figures they produced there.

So, here they are...

01; 308BHP - Clio R27 250 - Litchy
02; 251BHP - Meg' R26 - MikeH197
03; 206BHP - Clio 200 - Class31
04; 202BHP - Clio 200 - Iain 007
05; 197BHP - Clio 197 - Deadmau5
06; 197BHP - Clio 197 - Weebob
07; 181BHP - Clio 182 - MikeH197
08; 165BHP - Twingo 133 - Singlespeed (representing Twingo133.net)

It was nice to see everyone again and also a few new faces. Thanks to Ste for having us and to Alistair for making sure none of the cars ended up shooting through the front of the garage!!! :D

Hahaha very true!!! That's the one downside of the FI engines, they do have a bit of a ''bland'' tone.

You missed mine Willis,

Obviously nobody took attention to mine when it was run..

01; 310BHP - Twingo I-Music - Blacktwingo-i
02; 308BHP - Clio R27 250 - Litchy
03; 251BHP - Meg' R26 - MikeH197
04; 206BHP - Clio 200 - Class31
05; 202BHP - Clio 200 - Iain 007
06; 197BHP - Clio 197 - Deadmau5
07; 197BHP - Clio 197 - Weebob
08; 181BHP - Clio 182 - MikeH197
09; 165BHP - Twingo 133 - Singlespeed (representing Twingo133.net)

Sorry to put you all down guys, facts are facts!

And one fact is that neils car makes me weak at my knees, dribble in my pants and leave wet patches on his lovely leather rear seat...

I have an issue with the one in bold, did it find a gear? ;)

ITS HEALED!!!!111!!!!!!!111

no idea how but the gearbox is sweet (i.e. maybe full of sawdust masking the problem) and after all its butchery the ratty 197 has a full bill of health.... for the moment.

Martin's 4th gear however is another story
