Self adhesive velcro from wilko or homebase/b&q

Any DIY place I expect.
You need to stick the ROUGH velcro to the underside of the footrest, the carpet acts as the soft velcro.

I received mine yesterday morning then spent 3 hours admiring it on the side of the M1 with the mother of all screws in the side of my very flat tyre

These cars must have an affinity for screws.
I had a 3" one straight vertical in the thinnest part of the tread when I had my 133.
