No the A414 st Albans road between Watford and the A1 (the a1 aka the most boring road in the world)

a303 is so much fun in the noodle. but of everything on that road, dual carridgeway for speed. loads of roundabouts anf then some long sweeping corners with good scenery

Dangerous road though Chris.

And most of that road is national with barriers either side of the dual carriage way. If I could get Amy round at 70 I would  but even that's asking a little too much

It's not me or the road that worries me when I've been on it. It's the audis etc that overtake in stupid places that cause most issues IMO

It's a reasonably fast road with lots of slower moving traffic along it which causes people to think 'my cars a little quicker than they're travelling' so they tend to grow a huge ego and pull stupid overtakes

i dont have that problem becasue when i drive it, i normally very early morning so no one else on road.

but i know what ya mean, had that a few times

I must admit I've been smiling a lot in all three of the Twingo I'm lucky enough to drive. :)

Took my Gordini out to a car meet on Thursday, only Twingo there let alone 133 or Gordini. Was such a pleasure to drive as I enjoy the luxuries and the far nicer ride without the Cup suspension but just as much fun!

Took the mother's Twingo 1.2tce Gordini out for a drive yesterday morning and that raises just as many smiles from me. Firm enough ride to handle nicely and plenty nippy enough, feels like junior version of my Megane! haha

Then today the Mrs pulled up in her 133 Cup after I spent a few hours washing and cleaning it inside and out. Car looks satisfying clean and shiny!

Also on Thursday I topped up the Gordini and thought it looked rather spanking under the Shell lighting!!

Took mine out for a joyride tonight...
EPIC!! First time i've really had a chance to abuse it and hahaha
Left TCS on as it looked a little misty and didnt want to take any chances although tcs kept coming on mid roundabout which was a bit of a shocker and also on roundabout 'exit' without tcs would be so much quicker.

Im so impressed, though tbh i could do with at least the cup chassis but the ff holds up fine for now. Havent had the balls to all out test the handling till at least i go on a trackday to figure out how it handles exactly as at the moment the roads are too slippery and my balls are too small in my basically new car.

Few things to note

RS is STABLE AS FOOK
RS above 6000rpm is EPIC NOISE
RS brakes are AWESOME but fade after a little while
BUCKET seats or at least cg lock is VITAL for track day

Last but not least my seat made itself comfy for me at last mod corner haha it adjusted itself for me :D

After absolutely hammering some welsh roads and experiencing the same, I just got to the point of not using them!

It has made me realise that around here is just so boring, i need more roads like i drove the other day

I gotta agree with you there mate, so built up you can't really stretch it's legs.

I'm just at the bottom of the M25 so if you drive just a little further South there are some great roads.

Some of the roads we take from Pease Pottage to Goodwood for an early morning Sunday meet are fantastic! :)
