Yep as soon as the finance is up the twingo will be going! He's got a mx5 and wants to explore the jap scene.

Worked out that Donnington is actually 10 miles less than Rockingham and it's exactly the same journey time for me, so I'm happy!

almost worth going to if they did :lol:

It wouldn't; last year people complained about a combined show with GCS, there were plenty of facilities to do it at Rockingham anyway, but because a lot of French car owners kicked off, they cancelled GCS.

:lol: That'd be quite an odd venue to host it at but anything is possible I suppose!
As much as I'd like it to be Silverstone (not just cos it's convenient, but mostly cos it's my favourite circuit in the UK), I asked Mark Dow last year and he said Silverstone wanted too much money, or words to that effect.

Yea its a good meeting place we meet book in the same hotel the night before have a few beers and a laugh. Then the following day convo to the show. Its great for meeting new members so you have to come!
