Wouldn't the rear seat be going from bench to sliding seats... Check to see if there's bolt holes for the sliding seats to go onto. Front seats require 4 bolts to be removed from under the car, the wiring for the air bags to be unclipped and refitting is the reversal.
Rear seats just unbolt nice and easy and refitting is the reversal once again.
Only other thing I can think of is a Gordini has a gloss black surround (which I found the standard surround to be too reflective so had mine flocked) and the handles in the roof for the passenger which I don't know if you already have.
Oh and the seat belts would need changing, they're easy but I've not done that
