The grill? Remove it? Unless I'm getting mixed up.. Got a pic? Might be able to shed some light etc

You may have no choice... Unless you think of another way :) I like the look of the intercooler on front... That's the only thing that really shows a hint of performance on mine. Oh well :)

I still have the grille, but i mounted my intercooler slightly lower and removed the bottom of the bumper :)
lool ill have no bumper left at this rate

I have the exterior only pretty much lol, anything I thought was not useful on the inside I removed with a sharp knife!

You have a better selection of Pipes than what I did, I would have tried going through the engine bay behind the intercooler instead of the route I did

it was to tight to run it up in the engine bay i would of needed a 2.25 - 1.75 reducer and 1.75 piping.

i may go down this route...

or somthing small and thin like a megane DCi/225/230 intercooler that should be able to run pipework up through the engine bay at drivers side too

well u have to be careful on how wide the intercooler is as it will hit the floor. mine was 140mm and i had to take the bottom of the bumper off to get it back on. with that one were it has the entry and exit on the same side it looks like it will be hanging out quite a bit.

I removed the bottom of my bumper too lol, You could probably mount it higher if you cut out the numberplate area

lool. i tryed mounting it higher but the depth of the intercooler made it hit literally everything on the bumper.
