Model:
TWINGO (CN0_)
Bulb Voltage:
12v
Year:
03/07->

H7 stee lol, H11 was for the twingo mk 1 and various other older renaults before the switch to a standard H7 fitment in 2006/7

h7 it is then.I'm not sure weather I damaged my connector that I've been putting pictures up of though. I snapped two thin pieces of metal from th middle by accident

yeah the electrode prongs? you'll need to replace that as it won't work now

yep, my osram's / oem fog light bulbs are H7 ;p if you don't believe me, check your cars user manual lol

Look on the back of the bulb (bit of bulb) that you have removed... What does it say on there?

Guessing its going to have H11 12v 55W

Why would you need a new connector if the cable unplugged from the bulb... Just plug it back into the correct bulb.

hasn't the bulb completely sheered of it's prongs and now the prongs are stuck inside the connector? how the hell this happened i have no idea. i've never seen anything as unlucky as this!

The prongs are gone completely. I think the best plan here is to go to renault and order a new one

From the pics and descriptions, I took it that the wire/connector had been unplugged, couldn't figure out how to remove the bulb which is a twist and then remove, not a yank and snap... ending up with half the bulb stuck in the light unit and the removed bit having the 90degree socket for the connector.

Does the back of the light look anything like these, which have Osram H11 bulbs in>

Note, there's no dust boot or cover to keep crap and water out of the light, as there's a seal around the bulb and seals on the electrical plug which mates into the socket of the bulb;)

Not sure what the back looks like just squeezed my hand up there and unplugged the bit I've pictured.

If renault too expensive I'm going to go fogless for a while.

Thanks for all the help though people
