the work around valve is just 100 time more complicate
no picture for the moment

Theres plenty of room to work with on the inlet side. These were machine cut

Inlet ports machine bored, throats worked, valve seats recut and new guides

The exhaust side had the throats worked, the roof of the port opened out where there used to be a thick boss, valve seats recut and new guides.

Chambers had work around the valves, to unshroud the valve. Polished out the casting marks.

i'm still working on it
chamber side is extremely hard for me

i need to not touch valve seat... that is very difficult (because the main job have to be done around them)
I will look for beter tool ...actualy my tool are good for inlet / out but too soft or to hard for the chamber

for exhaust side i'm a bit afraid as i know water liquid is close

order news rims (recieve 2 already ) and buy second hand tire (according to the guy only 10km)

tyre Dmack DMT tarmack 195/50-15

very nice wheels dude. they're actually one of my favourites! your car will look amazing with these on jealous

May mesurement show 6.8 kg (instead of 6.5 they announces)

tyre 9.5

so total 16.3 is almost the same as my previous one (16.6 )
I guess it's due this rim are 7" instead of 6.5" previous and Dmack are more heavy than R888

Looks like a nice combination
How much tread depth is there on the Dmack. At 6mm, R888 come part worn when new compared to most tires, which may account for some of the weight

Yes that true ! my R888 are at the end and this Dmack according to the guy that sell them have only 10Km

How do you feel this car handles on the 15s compared with the standard rims?

I love the small rim, big tyre wall look!

Car andle good with toyo or these Dmack (even if i'm not 100% statisfied of Dmack but i bring car to garage next week for big mod for geo to solve this)

and there is not so much difference beetween 16 and 15

if you put tire side by side they are almost exact same size cause on 15 tire are 195/50 (instead of 195/45 on 16)

car went to a special... Peugeot garage ....

now car is almost in full R2 setting , next step is R2 evo (reinforce back arms and metal link for front one )



I also start instalation of the PLX
