I normally park up after going through the drive through (sorts the walking problem), Put my right foot on the seat rail (only possible if you sit back quite far) - then balance the cup on my knee (obviously only works if you're not driving) - Happy Days

Buy two small cokes. They fit perfectly in the cup holders. But I only really do that so I don't get weird looks ordering enough food for 2/3 people

The clios just as useless, but has one big cup holder behind the hand break.

I have found that monster energy cans fit snugly in the fronts though but a car of redbull....no chance just flops about!!
