what a warm welcome, this is better then other sites don't want to mention names now
and i'm from Bedfordshire and looking at a standard 58 plate 133 or maybe a bmw 525d se but not sure what to get
before getting the Dini, my two car shortlist was an RS133 and an Alpina D3. Completely poles appart in build quality and drive. I was gutted that I didn't like the standard interior of the 133, but one of the salesmen had just got a Gordini as his company car....

There far from perfect but you will usualy be left with a smile after a drive. Even 600miles in one hit was ok.

we should do a meet some time :)

I've just got my RS133 (had it 3weeks now) and absolutely love it. Previous car was a B6 S4 so a completely new style of car for me! I considered a larger diesel too but after driving one knew that the twingo was the one to have. So much fun it's ridiculous! Frugal too (then again a jerry can with a hole in it would appear frugal after the S4). 25k miles a year is getting on a bit though so make sure you get behind the wheel of both first and see which you prefer...try them both on A roads, B roads and motorways if that's where your mileage is.

Get a 133, i do around 25-30k depending on how much time i spend staying at work, absolutely love it! Amazing on the A/B roads! You won't regret it!
