iPhone I would say, although, iTunes is the worst bit of software I have ever used in my entire life.
I have the original 3G iPhone, had it yonks but there are that many apps that with a few app changes you can still keep the phone interesting and still feel as though its a new phone

I have a iPhone 3GS and a HTC Desire HD (work phone). The iPhone is the hands down winner for me. especially for games and buggering about. I find the HTC build quality not up to apples and its just generally clunky and not as slick (hate these words but cant think of anything better)
The email client on the HTC is better than the iPhones though.
Android is so nearly 'there', but its just not 'there' yet. Couple more revisions and who knows...
