How long would you say it lasts at the moment? When I had the bold it just about lasted a day so needed a top up by about 5 :?

I took it off charge at 6am. Now has just under 20% left.

Charging thru the comp takes MUCH longer than charging off the mains.

True, but if you're sat in front of the computer for an extended stretch anyway, then why not!

When I use my iPhone throughout the day it needs charging by about 5, but when I haven't used it much it lasts until the evening when I put it on charge anyway!

i got unlimited texts, 900 minutes and 500 mb internet + £50 for the phone = £47 a month on 18 months not a bad deal. Only paid £50 for the phone if i had gone to o2 it would have been free on that plan but it was cold, early and i queued for an hour with still 3 hours before i would have been served at their slow speeds so i went into carphone warehouse instead. gonna trade in my 3GS for £100ish though on a recycle thing o2 does so will be £50 up then.

had them all day trying to sell customers at my store, did make me laugh. dont forget if anything goes wrong with your phone dont go see o2 as they wont touch it nor does the guru have to see you as its not their hardware.

got to say massive anti apple as their comps are useless but the 4s is a massive improvement or what the 4 should of been in the first place. and 64gb is a massive plus seeing as most blu rays give out 1080p digital copies just a shame i cant buy one till they're on sale for pay&go

Yeah i did think that orb. I will go into apple instead as they always know the best answers ;-)

It was just such a long queue for o2 i a) didn't have THAT much time and b) it was cold

Have sent off for a recycle bag from o2 for the old 3gs though.

So I have seen the error of my my ways and got the 4s last night! had to get the 16 as they didnt have any 32's in stock and could confirm when they could get it.

All I can say is how have I survived so long without an iPhone!!!!!!!!

other than that, its the only bad thing about apple, cant change much, just the backgrounds

You can turn on the accessibility mode, which turns everything black and gold/brown. Settings->General->Accessibility. Turn on white on black.

Kinda funky for a while - but will get quite annoying I think.

Jailbreak!? it sounds naughty? lol I'd also like to add different tones to certain notifications but it doesn't let me do that either probably the only thing I miss about the blackberry, you could change so much more.

I found that when I was having a play the other night, it just turned everything into like a negative sort of effect couldnt cope with it :lol:
