Is that just a down pipe to back or a full cat back system ?

You have it wrong there is no real cat back for a twingo as the cat is in the manifold so you'd want a full manifold back system I think that what ktec call it on their new exhaust for a 133.

The cat back is from the OE downpipe keeping the front silencer and removing the rear, the downpipe back replaces the OE downpipe so removing both the front and rear silencer.

Probably the worst add ever.

The bits shown in the pictures are what would replace the center section which has the small pancake silensor and back box on an RS133. So, not replacing the manifold (cat) or, the downpipe section which has the first silensor. Basically from the gearstick backwards.

Tha center and rear exhaust hangers for the RS and 1.2 Twingo look to be in the same places and same size. So, this may fit a GT as well, but it would need to be attached onto the existing exhaust using a reducer and I'm not sure where the GTs first silensor is to have enough room to connect the bits together
