Haha Na lol! Ok quick question you may take the mick if I'm totally wrong here but can't you strap a turbo from the gt onto the 133 then get an intercooler, oil catch tank and manifold??
I think the GT (if your meaning 1.2TCE Twingo) turbo would be too small for any meaningful gains as it seems to be getting maxed out on the 1.2 which doesn't rev as high and is a smaller displacement.

Simply bolting on a turbo isn't that simple/cheap in reality as you will probably struggle with the ECU. Getting the engine running wouldn't be the main issue, keeping the dashboard warnings off probably would be as the MOT test then becomes a bigger hurdle. Well, you could do it cheap but bear in mind Maggies quote above.

It'd have to be made to fit the rs for a start because I imagine the shape of the gt engine is completely different hence the manifold from a gt wouldn't fit, same with the turbo for a start I assume it would all have to be made bespoke to fit the rs

Waste of time and money on a RS.

Do the mani and cams package or just buy a new car rather than bodging a turbo build on the cheap, you'll only **** the engine up bolting on parts expecting then to work, also insurance will screw you over going by the 94 I'm assuming you're born in 1994 so are what 18/19?
If you don't inform insurance don't expect to keep your lisence.

If you do even do this, make a thread so we can all watch it fail and ruin your car.

I'd only do a turbo conversion if I could get RS tuning/k tec to do the work as they aren't renault specialists for nothing, also I'd need deep pockets, but turbos are for hobos ;)

U want a turbo, buy a Megane. By the time u have finished you could of bought one for less money than than you will chuck at your Twingo.

When I had my Twingo I seriously looked into it and by the time I finished I was up to 6k in parts, then you will have to map it and its going to take an after market ecu, look at the trouble Neil had with his ecu with a cam upgrade. You have also got to seriously lower the compression, forge all the internals and nothings off the shelf, everything will have to be bespoke.

Renault spend millions making cars and developing engines to make them reliable(ish ;) ) emission friendly etc so they know what they are doing.

If u want a faster car, buy one. Simples. Also, what's this got to with the car that's for sale???

Everything that daveyb said is on the right lines.

Although, if you were realy interested in a turbo installation you would have already found mk2 1.6 clios being turboed... so, the manifolds are there already. Not an efficient design but FI doesn't need to be as meticulously designed as NA. Then you would notice are mechanical throttle not dbw so ecu control will be expensive at best.

The only reason i didn't tidy up easlier was because David KTR posted his own for sale advert
