Good shout. I trust my local with everything but paint  but I am picky. They were also instructed to not wash the car before she was picked up

Apply a little heat and it'll be easier to get off if you've not tried anything like that before. I would try and go from an edge with a pin and lift the corner, without going at an angle at the paint where you might scratch it.

Tbh the car is youngish and probably been waxed in its life as most rs' are due to being a rather enthusiasts product so any uv damage to the paint is likely to be limited, if any

I hope your right. Have been advised to use a heat gun to soften the glue thus making it easier to remove. Then some tar/glue remover to clear any left over residue.

They are easy to remove spent, many an hour under a helicopter removing the registration for a client haha

Well tomorrow is the day I pick Twinky up. Got the Astra packed with all the paperwork that I require and a pack of Red Bull to keep me awake lol.

Found out today that it has the bluetooth option fitted. Question for folks with the bluetooth, how does it work? Do you pair it through the headunit controls or what?

Reason I ask is that I am planning on putting in my own aftermarket headunit and therefore if it is controlled through the headunit then I'd loose the bluetooth capability.

Noodie if you get bored you can always pop into and see me on ya way back home we are about 5-10 minutes off the A3

Go into the settings via the head unit mate. You then pair it to your phone and then each time your phone is in range it connects!

Congrats on the car too, looks wicked :)

Well thats me just this second home with Twinky:

Absolutely shattered so havin a shower then off to bed for a few hours lol. Was a long old drive down in the Astra but the journey back up seemed to fly lol.

They are growing on me but they get even more attention than our alien green 200. Every car I overtook or overtook me just stared at the stickers lol.

Will see how it goes for a few weeks then but Emma is already saying I should keep 'em lol.

I have to say also that the garage where I bought it from (Sewards Renault in Portsmouth) were fantastic. Thee best car buying experience to date.

4 brand new wheels as the originals were kerbed to death and a nice new set of RS mats, so thats 1 thing off the shopping list.

You do get them an of occasional dealer that's fantastic. Like when I got mine had no complaints at all :)

Keep the decals ;)

The decals are kinda like 'Look at me' but it fits the Twingo really well.

I'd keep them.

You should look at Yotah decals and on any other car that would look overkill but it looks so awesome on the Twingo.

Car look stunning mate hope the drive home was ok

The drive up was superb in Twinky. Had to stop a couple of times on the way down for some shut eye. Didn't feel tired at all when driving Twinky.

Decals and car look ace the twingo Pulls them off very well! I think it breaks the red paint up a bit kindof wish I got these decals on mine instead of the stripes :(
