Too right we get riled they're bad copies of awesome wheels good for show crap for go.

EDIT: However the quality does seemed to have improved as a lot of the drift boys are using them and they haven't failed.

Haha, how did I know you'd give me your 2 Pence

Their reputation has increased considerably, some of their wheels I still wouldn't touch with a 12 Foot Barge pole (GT3s) but as you say, they are getting a lot of use in Drifting and track at the moment.

I'm not particularly shelling out for anything expensively Japanese, that I can't switch over to my next car and wheels come under that category...so no Regamasters for me

  :p

The car's looking good some 'interesting' pieces going on. Keep up the good work.

Thank you dude :)
Got some more interior plans for...well, new year probably.

EDIT - I also managed to....acquire a Clio Interior light unit, so I'll get a picture up of this soon enough :)

Just a wee update now that I've received my wheels :)

I need to figure out what rubber I'd like to run with it, currently looking at 195/50 15 Toyo T1-Rs as I know they're good tyres in all weather (IMHO) and have happily used them on previous cars :)

Proper chuffed with the wheels though, lighter than I expected :D
Watch this space for when they're on the car, with a stud conversion ;)

You've lost me, why do you need a stud conversion those will fit yours without it no?

Studs are a matter of preference over necessity :)
Last cars, excluding the C2 all had studs and it makes life easier...

Also means I have an excuse to buy Muteki nuts :D

Oh you mean get studs intsalled I took converted as in changing PCD or hole number. Must say it's weird coming from Honda and these quirks  Damn French peices of tin.

Didn't even know installing studs is possible.

Hahah, naaah (though I was looking at a 4 x 114.3 conversion at one point to get some gorgeous PIAA 3 Piece Wheels) same PCD, just need the Spigot Rings to take them down from 67.1 to 60.1 Center Bore.

Yeah, you can buy conversion studs, just really a length of threaded high tensile steel that has a short interupted thread at one end, that you loctite into the hub you want to fit them to.

Once the loctite has set, you have a set of studs instead of bolts :)

where did you get that filter from

I can't actually remember off the top of my head mate :?
If you try Google'ing HKS Hi Power Universal filter, you should get a fair few results.

Just be careful as there are a fair few Fakes on the Market :(

Sorry Orb, I just saw this.

In all honesty, I don't have any first hand experience with Caliper Clearance but I have been told they will clear...they better ;)

I'll be buying the Tyres next Thursday, here by Friday and hopefully fitted over the weekend, I shall keep you posted dude :)

Figured I should put up a few pics from Rally Scotland's round of the IRC...

I know, I've been dropping hints like a b*tch to get a Fuji HS20EXR for my Crimbo ;)

Thanks :)
Needless to say, it can be very, my car wasn't parked there during the stage, it was parked another 50m down the road...I'm not leaving my car on the exit route to a long 90 left where 5kg stones can be lobbed at it by Jimmy McRae in Colin's Legacy

Ta muchly Dec :)

Figured this could do with a wee Refresh with Pics, so...*sorry about the Sizing*
