Just to introduce and say hello as per forum etiquette.

Run a company making and selling Rimblades alloy wheel protectors and bought myself a Twingo RS133 cup in white with black ID pack as a company car. Bought it at the end of Jan this year year from Evans Halshaw and they said it was the last cup 133 in the country before the new shape comes out. Not sure how true this is. Was after a red one, but had to take white. Really impressed with the car.

Have a long history involved with cars and had a business for 7 years building show quality beach buggies if anyone is interested in the aircooled side of life. Can post pics if anyone wants to see any.

Heres a pic of the Twingo for now (with red Rimblades fitted).

Cheers

I wasn't sure either, but that's what they said. There were no more available for the UK. Probably a pack of lies (sorry salesperson patter) to make me buy the one left in stock.

Have put up about Rimblades in the traders area with a discount for 133.net users.

Cheers

There was a shortage of them so it could be possible :) they stopped making them come 61 plate, nice car :)

Be cool to see some aircooled pic's!
Used to drive a 76 beetle before the twingo.
I do like a good beach buggy :)

They didn't make all that many cups either, usually to order unless there was a demo floating about. So lucky to get one at all really!

How come it's not got the cup stickers on the door 'jams'? Also how come no b&w alloys despites the ID pack?

Anyhoo not my style with the red, but horses for course 'n' all that. Looking good for the rest of it....

welcome on board....

Alloys were extra in black when i bought mine according to the list. Badges though I can't answer. They have changed a few details so maybe they ran out or forgot

Lack of cup badge is a strange one, but black alloys are a separate option to the ID pack. I don't even know why I bothered with black alloys in the end... Soon had them powdercoated red and the finish was 100x better than Renaults. Ah well!

Mine was a demo and at the time I believe it was the only white cup available in the country. Jaybee had it ordered in as a demo and I snapped it up the day it came in lol.

Mine was a jaybee showroom model also. And at the time 'the only cup in the country'

Oh and i didn't pay for them :D
