Hey Guys,

Just a bit of fun as I was thinking of purchasing a modern classic car.

My suggestion is a 205 GTI

Whats everybody else's favorites or suggestions?

The speed of a Lamborghini and enough space for your kids and groceries!

Could go on and on. Clio V6, Spider, Alfa GTV, alfa spider....

Great suggestions, some of them never even crossed my mind.

What if we make this interesting and say a modern classic for less than 3k??

I know someone who's selling a rather nice GT4 WRC Pack - BC Coilovers, De-Cat downpipe, Yokohama Wheels with Michelin Rubber, Kakimoto Exhaust.

Oddly enough, he will also be selling a Renault 19 1.8 16v soon :) Very tidy, little mileage, electric EVERYTHING, all works and unmollested :)

EDIT: Just realised I never posted my fav modern classic - Corolla AE86 or Skyline BNR32 :D

Older than that, pretty much any 60s Jap Car - old Starlets, RX3s, Corollas, Celicas (looked like mini mustangs back in the day), Hakusoka and Kenemeri Skylines, 240Z, Datsun 510.

BIG Sucker for an old Datsun Pickup with a nice set of wheels on it and some MENTAL engine

For me it'd have to be either a Renault 5 GTT or a Clio Williams.

The MKI MR2 is a great car to drive but they seem to rust to sh!t really quickly. My boss has one, lovely car but need to stay on top of the rust.

Audi A2...don't know why, but i love them! Get one slammed, tango orange.
i'd say they are a modern classic lol
