Try adding your mother onto the policy as a named driver

Adding a wife etc usualy knocks a bit off and its not a huge stretch to imagine your folks needing to move your car

that's why I've done with my dad although he does use my car from time to time but it does bring it down.

Just got a quote for £1068 with 2 year no claims for a RS twingo...!

I add both of my Parents on my policy as it makes it substantially cheaper, only £340 on the GT at the moment with all mods declared.. Couldn't imagine having to pay £1K or more for insurance anymore.

my quote was for fully comp with business miles and working in the construction industry :/

Mine was fully comp, includes a claim that didn't affect no claims and me as a student with Elephant.
My i-music quote was £850 and for a twingo GT it was £760...
