He notes he has modified Kw Coilovers which I believe go the lowest (cheaply anyway) looks like he has a tiny bit of camber to tuck the wheel under the arches.

There's some images of a white cup owned by a guy named ollie username: olliecup (something like that) that's pretty low too.
