thanks for the warm welcome, im having problems uploading pictures due to file size any help?

You can either upload them to another site (Facebook, photobucket, imgur etc) and link them across (think this is the method most of us on here tend to use) or you can edit the images in photoshop/gimp etc to be smaller and/or lower quality.
