Non cup is actually very comfortable for how it handles and is good if you're after a daily that's smooth to drive on crappy roads longer distances.

Cups are fairly harsh but handle a lot better than a non cup but aren't as comfortable to drive long distance.

Balljoints are the major thing and a leaky scuttlepanel allowing water to drop onto the coils
