What browser do you use?

I have either Firefox, Safari or Chrome (in order of preference).

I wrote how to on p1 of this thread. ;) Only thing I forgot to put is that the photo album may need to be set to be publicly accessible. (I direct link from fb with most of my pics on the forum )

anyone know how to direct like from FB?

It's quite easy if you're using chrome, even if the image appears in their new overlaying window thing. Just right click on the image and select inspect element. That'll highlight an HTML line just below the <img src=https://...........jpg'' /> line of your image. Obviously you just want the bit between the " " quotes of the src attribute. Happy Days :D

Ah, sorry bud. Mine's completely private so I can't link it. Probably for the best anyway as they are tragic.

My bad too. Just been having a play and photos set to any privacy mode, on a private profile or otherwise can still be shared using the same method. They obviously haven't put in the file handling permissions checking I had presumed a company of FB's size would have done.

So whether you want to see it as fortunately/unfortunately, you can post your photos ;)

Mine is completely private, I use Firefox, you can right click the Image and click "Copy Image Location" and then come on here and enter the image tags [I M G ] then paste the image location here, then close the image tag[/img]

I don't get a right click Copy Image Location though. That's the technique I use normally but using Firefox and FB it doesn't come up with the option; I just assumed FB had somehow blocked it using a Java/Flash thing.

*edit*

Just figured it out; by default it now opens photos in a slideshow javascript arrangement which removes the ability to copy. If you right click and select 'open in new tab' it resorts to opening the photo in the standard previous layout which then gives the 'copy image location' option.
