Oh dear rob... that actually made me chuckle... :lol: then reminded me I've got a nasty accruals schedule to audit i quote the bookkeeper:

I was out on audit last week and this guy couldn't give me an aged debtors report for 31/03/11....his system could only print as at current date... it took him all week to go through it all to get a balance i liked for 31/03/11 ...smooth!

Polishing metal things...

I had an alloy strut brace in clear coat, attacked it with Wet and Dry in the bath, took it down to bare metal and started to polish it up.

My new Cusco Catch Tank, Brasso, polished it back up.

Willwood 4 Pots: I bought them second hand from the states a while back, they had a rough surface on the face where they had been ground down to get wheel clearance...so, I got bored. Took Rough grade Emery to them to get the surface smooth then started to wet and dry them and get the rest of the paint off with a wire brush. Now they have a polished face and a bronze body.

Various Airsoft pistols: Stripped the paint off them and polished them up.

Contemplating getting a Bench Grinder and get a polishing pack for it...
