Just a quick q!

Every time I park my 133 facing downhill for a few hours, it makes a horrible noise on startup (almost like all the oil has drained to bottom of the sump and the engine is running dry for a few secs).

Does this happen to anyone else? Warranty runs out end of this month so think I might have to get it in!

Cheers
James

Well tbh it depends what angle the oil is satin the sump and where the oil pump is in the sump cause u could be starving the oil pump of oil on first start up I wouldn't recommend u keep parking on a hill and starting it tbh

Mine starts a bit funny where I park for work as the road isn't flat but the sides drop a lot that I scrape a few times.. And I'm not even low.

When I'm not a tight bastard and pay for parking in the carpark it starts without any hesitation unless it's really cold outside.

Thanks guys, I went to the stealers and he hadn't had any issues before but he's going to check and see if he can find out some info on their technical network... Watch this space

Does definitely sound as if the oil pickup is on the rear of the sump, still very strange, i'll just avoid hills for the moment!
