Here are a few plans I have for the twinny

Square number plate like oscars

Any help on how to get the old one off appreciated

Also possible illegally spaced number plate do you guys think I would get in a lot of trouble for this if so how much

Small front detailing might go for blue on black with all ice blue lights

Carbon wrapped wheels maybe

Idea of difficulty appreciated

Small detail on side maybe

What do you guys think of my plans?

Anything you guys would recommend too

Those wheels aren't wrapped its a process called hydro-dipping.

Illegal number plate is asking for fines and its ILLEGAL so not worth risking, blue lights are also illegal iirc? But the blue touches like the orange on the car above would look good

I've seen that hydro dipping / water printing method doesn't seem very realistic, was looking on the Lexus owners forums they just DIY it with 3M vinyl just wondering how it would withstand brake dust and daily wear

Could I just claim I knew nothing about it being illegal and just take a producer in always thought you just got warnings

No you couldn't claim as you've admitted its illegal on here and they can check the forum if they wish, also you can get on the spot fines instead of a producer.

Why the **** would you do something you know is illegal then if you get in trouble pretend you never knew??

Its not really a big deal to add a line to a square numberplate people can still see it, they should be out giving producers to all these people with no lights and unreadable plates

Hydro dipping awesome, although expensive, my mirror caps and fog surrounds are hydro dipped

i don't see any reason why you'd need an illegally spaced jap import plate (btw, it's the jap import size NOT the american import size) when the original size is just fine as it is man honestly. i think it looks fantastic on the front of the car, with the reg recess painted black it has that 'evo' style nose if you get where i am coming from. certainly gives the front a completely different persona. the plate dimensions were 13x7 or something i believe but that's off the top of my memory it could be wrong.
the best way to get the sticky gum off is with your finger nail and a hair dryer. heat the gum up until it becomes easier to move around and simply pick it off as much as you can. the rest of the residue .... well you can use a good old clay bar for that!

not to keen on the renault sport sticker though. celebrate the fact that it's a GT man

As oscar said don't put a renault sport sticker on a NON renaultsport, that's like calling a brothel a luxury escort service.
I was talking more the carbon fibre lol

awhhh right, yeah go for it man that will look dandy if that's what you're into :)

Nobody will think it's actually carbon fibre though lol

You'll definitely get pulled with that and fined, do it.
True might be an expensive affair just for people to know my name xD

Don't risk it, it's not worth a possible fine mate, the other mods sounded good though and you should definately do them :D

I'll defo get the jap style plate though looks good on oscars just stick to legal spacing, need to define the lines on mine a bit more though

Besides a fine, for knowingly mis spacing the letters/numbers to make it appear to read something that it shouldnt, you could also lose the entitlement to plate and end up with any old age related plate registered against it ( or maybe a Q plate )

Hello guys, I am starting a new job today and I'm getting a good wage weekly so the money will be pumped back into the twingo :) bring it on!
