Anybody on here have experience with Flux? They've quoted me ridiculous prices in the past, but seem to be quite competitive for the 133...

How do they rate the area you live in though? That's apparently a big factor.

Flux wanted something ridiculous like £3000 for my GT. I had to ask the woman on the phone to repeat what she said I was so shocked.

Make it fully comp not 3rd party fire and theft, put you keep it on drive not garage put your mam and auntie on as named drivers go on admiral an do 10 months insurance but still get a year no claims

Be careful with those, last time I looked only admiral ad their related companies would honour the years NCB

I have done all that, fully comp, low mileperyear, on drive, dad on the policy, my mums on another car.. Right ball ache! Probably because of the area.. Gonna search around ringing up closer to the renewel date

I'm 20 years old and got 1 years NCB and the GT cost me £550 for the year. That's with 7,000 miles a year and parked on road. Just got my driveway so will be phoning insurance to see what money they can give me back
